Queen Scallops (Chlamys opercularis)

All the Queen Scallops produced from C.B. Horne are caught using a trawl net, in the clear waters around the Isle of Man. Using a trawl net ensures that the Queen Scallops are sand-free and not damaged when they arrived at the processing factory.

Queen Scallops can be packed to your requirements - fresh or frozen and soaked or dry.

They can be supplied with or without the roe.

All Queen Scallops can be packed in either clear polythene bags or in your own branded bags. Packaging and specification can be adapted to meet specific needs.
